I’m glad they didn’t shoot you. Cops here don’t usually even carry sidearms, and the military has very different rules of engagement.

Maybe it’s because people don’t have guns, but cops or military will almost never draw weapons on a person. Honestly, the police weapons are ancient. In the USA cops seem to draw immediately, and they’re very quick to shoot.
