Great albeit depressing article.

One note, where I live (Sri Lanka) and say China, our lives (as a millennial) are better than our parents. We also function more as a family unit and have default socialist governments.

The US is a bit of an odd case, a rich country full of poor people. People have iPhones but are scared to go to the hospital.

I grew up in the US but I wouldn’t move back because the quality of life is lower. It wasn’t like that for my parents generation.
